Cécile Andrieu

Cécile Andrieu is the Director of the Racing Departement of MerConcept and Team Manager of the trimaran SVR-Lazartigue.

She brings her leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills to some of the most innovative initiatives in offshore racing. Since March 2023, she has overseen the strategic racing operations for MerConcept, ensuring high-performance results while driving sustainable maritime innovation.
In her role as Team Manager for SVR-Lazartigue, Cécile coordinates the technical and human aspects of the team, working with a wide range of experts to keep the trimaran at the cutting edge of offshore competition. Her ability to manage complex teams, balance technical demands, and create a collaborative culture has made her a key figure in elite multihull racing.
Cécile’s leadership skills were further honed during her seven years at Business France, where she served as Chief of Staff to Pascal Cagni, Ambassador for International Investments, and previously held key roles in business development for the tech, energy, and smart city sectors. Her time there involved strategic advisory and project management, as well as fostering relationships between French and international enterprises.
With a diverse background that mixes racing, diplomacy, and business development, Cécile is a transformative leader in the world of offshore racing, committed to fostering diversity and mixity through initiatives like UpWind by MerConcept. Cecile also did the Mini Transat 2021.
