Chris Museler has been a journalist for 25 years covering issues ranging from climate change to politics for a wide range of specialty and general interest publications and media outlets including Outside Magazine, The New York Times and PBS. Specializing in sailing, he has followed the trends in journalism producing mini-documentaries, Vlogs, Blogs and live broadcasts. Chris has spent his career presenting the compelling sport of sailing and its fascinating characters to both a broad, general audience and the intense, niche market of sailors and the marine industry. He sees the sport of sailing being well placed to take advantage of developing digital media platforms especially if it can associate itself with the global community. A sailor himself, he is a multi-national champion in both Team Racing and Match Racing, has raced Moths and Class40s double-handed on the ocean, and is a former spokesperson for the Governor of Rhode Island. He lives in Jamestown, Rhode Island, USA.
