Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, Nick has earned global recognition for his contributions to the sport, particularly through his involvement in The Ocean Race (formerly Volvo Ocean Race), where he served as Chief Technical Development Officer during the 2017/18 edition.
With a career that spans decades in the competitive sailing world, Nick has developed a reputation for driving innovation and excellence in yacht performance. He now holds the role of Sales Director for Grand Prix Sales at Southern Spars, where he leads efforts to deliver cutting-edge rigging and mast solutions to the world’s most demanding racing teams.
