Adrian Peet

A career event professional Adrian has spent the past six years in Saudi Arabia and has carved out a leadership role in helping the country fulfil its Vision 2030 plan and specifically enticing Saudis and overseas visitors to use the pristine waters of the Red Sea for water sports activities.

Adrian was VP Marine Development for Sela, the world-renowned sport and entertainment agency, before moving to his current role as General Manager of Amaala Yacht Club.  He specialises in leading a highly acclaimed teams of marine professionals that launch and manage incredible yacht clubs and marinas.

Adrian was responsible for launching Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina, the first state of the art, full service, yacht club and marina on the Saudi Red Sea coast.  He launched the successful Jeddah Academy and saw countless Saudi school groups enjoy their first taste of sailing.  Adrian was the local event director responsible for securing the hosting rights for the 37th America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta and for the successful promotion of the event in 2023.

Now, Adrian is deep in planning for the opening of Amaala Yacht Club & Marina, a part of the trailblazing Red Sea Global development project.  Amaala Yacht Club is the first of its kind, powered entirely by solar energy and flanked by the Corellium Aquarium, it is the brainchild of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and majestically overlooks the Red Sea coastline.
