Emily Caroe is a sport sponsorship, activation, and communications expert with over 25 years experience in the industry.Having worked in most sports from her first love – darts – to rugby, cricket, and golf, she has developed a particular focus and passion for the sport of sailing. She has worked for global brands and agencies, as a rights holder, and in the media, and has developed an acute understanding of the challenges and opportunities from each perspective. Emily was inspired by the opportunity to create behaviour change in people and business through sport after The Ocean Race 2017-18, and completed the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership business management program.
Emily has had extensive success delivering strategic campaigns from initial pitch to completion, which result in a tangible return on investment for clients and sponsors; managing and directing international multi-media campaigns; running international PR & marketing teams; and working closely with key stakeholders at all levels. Emily started Mallory Group in 2016, and since launch her team has delivered work in over 23 countries.
