Holly Cova is the Team Director of Team Malizia, one of the world’s leading ocean racing teams known for combining elite sailing with a strong commitment to climate action. Since joining in 2018, Holly has played a key role in growing the team and shaping its identity: managing operations, partnerships, communications, and sustainability projects. Holly is also a passionate nature lover and mentor for women in sailing, talking openly about challenges for women on board, the responsibility towards the ocean and is now serving as cochair of The Magenta Project.
