Jeremy Wilton is Chief Executive of the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC), one of the world’s most prestigious sailing organisations and organiser of the Rolex Fastnet Race, RORC Transatlantic, RORC Caribbean 600 and the revived Admiral’s Cup.
With over 25 years’ leadership experience across major sports, Jeremy has held senior roles at Bath Rugby, Wasps Holdings, and Epsom Downs Racecourse (The Jockey Club), as well as leading marketing and sponsorship programmes for Whitbread PLC, including the Whitbread Round the World Race and it’s sale to Volvo, the development of the Stella Artois Tennis Championships, the creation of the Heineken Champions Cup and involvement in the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester.  At RORC, he has focused on strategic growth, sustainability, inclusivity and youth pathways in offshore sailing, while strengthening the club’s position as a world-class leader in the sport.
