Rosalin Kuiper

Rosalin Kuiper, 29, Dutch, is an accomplished offshore sailor and current co-skipper of Team Holcim-PRB. She has competed in numerous prestigious races, including the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race, The Fastnet Race, and The Ocean Race, where she completed all the legs of the 2023 edition as the only female co-skipper. With a background in psychology and a passion for ocean protection and sustainability, Rosalin is now focused on building her own team, which she will lead as skipper of Team Holcim-PRB at The Ocean Race Europe 2025. Currently expecting her first child in December, she continues to break boundaries in the male-dominated world of professional sailing.
