World Sailing Trust's Women in Sailing Review
Victoria Low
With three decades of experience in the yachting industry, Victoria is an experienced Director and independent consultant skilled in Sponsorship, Community Programme Development, Media Relations, Education and Management. A driving force in achieving greater gender equity in sailing through research and recommendations, in 2019 she authored the World Sailing Trust’s Strategic Review of Women in Sailing and subsequently research into Participation, Maternity Policies and Gender Design, amongst others.
She has leads the Carbon Fibre Circular Alliance, a cross-sport alliance that includes the IOC, international federations and sport equipment manufacturers. Through her marketing and communication Consultancy, she also supports and advises a number of clients within the sailing events and marine sector.
